Goods are shipped within 0-3 days after receiving your order. We ship worldwide with Postnord (Scandinavian Postal Service), UPS, FedEx and/or DHL - you can choose from various service levels/transit days/prices - depending on your location.

We ship FREIGHT FREE within the EU (all countries) if your order value (excl. shipping cost) exceeds 100 EUR. You can choose to have your freight free order shipped as a "tracked letter" with Postnord (handed over to your local postal service for delivery) or to a drop-point with Fedex, UPS or DHL (depending on your location). If you wish for a faster or for you a more "comfortable" or quicker service level, these are offered at attractive prices and can be selected in the checkout. For orders below 100 EUR we offer a variety of shipping methods at very attractive prices.

If you are able to have us ship to a company address, this may be the "safest" way to receive your order. If we ship to your home address, please follow the shipment through the tracking e-mail we sent you when shipping your order. If it becomes obvious, that you will not be able to be at home when the parcel arrives, you should either contact the freight company and arrange for later delivery or write a power of attorney, authorizing the courier/your local postal service to leave the parcel outside – at a place described by you. You should only do this if you are willing to take responsibility for the parcel from then on!

IMPORTANT INFO WHEN HAVING SHIPPED TO THE USA:

The US authorities has made it very expensive for consumers in the USA to do minor purchases abroad and have it shipped (and imported) to the US. An extra 80/160 USD charge for each purchase. For this reason we have implemented a procedure where we once a week collect all US orders during the past week, and ship them collectively to our warehouse in the US – custom cleared and ready to be distributed throughout the US.

It means that you will have no hassle nor having to pay separate import duties/taxes when receiving an order from us. But you will now be charged a higher amount for shipping (duty/tariff calculation is now embedded in the shipping calculation), but by the end of the day, you will on average only be charged a marginally higher total price of the purchased articles, than you would have before August 29 where new rules were implemented. And remember, as we are shipping out of the European Union, you will NOT be charged Danish VAT (sales tax) of 25 %.

The downside is of course a longer transit time. We ship all webshop orders for the USA every Friday to our warehouse in the US. Deadline for reaching this shipment is Fridays at 7 am (ET) and the transit time will then be app. 6 - 9 days. If you place your order i.e. on a saturday, transit time could reach 12 - 15 days! To keep cost down and since transit time is already quite high, we only offer to ship UPS Ground (once each individual order is shipped from our US warehouse).

Please note that our normal return policies apply also for US customers. We are NOT able to receive returns at our US warehouse! We apologize for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS:

Due to the war in Ukraine, we no longer ship to Russia nor Belarus. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Ukraine either. Our thoughts and compassion goes to the Ukranian people and we support the activities of the Danish Red Cross within Ukraine with financial aid to the best of our ability and we also support local communities in Denmark in their efforts to welcome Ukranian refugees by providing them with clothes.
