The same applies if you have made an order by mistake, please contact us, and we will immediately change/cancel the order. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, normal return policies applies – see below.
Our shop system tries to identify your location from the IP/location of the computer/tablet/phone you are using and automatically select a language and a shipping country. You can see these - and change if you wish - in the top bar (desktop) or in the menu/settings on a tablet/phone.
If you have chosen English or German as your preferred language, all prices in the store will be shown in Euro's. If you have selected Danish, all prices are shown in Danish Kroner.
If a shipping address within the EU has been appointed/selected, all the prices shown throughout the store include 25 % Danish VAT. When a shipping country OUTSIDE the EU has been selected/appointed, all prices shown are NOT including 25 % VAT as this VAT is not payable for you. You save the 25 % VAT, but please also note that when receiving your order, your local authorities might ask you to pay import tax and duties on the shipment! As a rule of thumb, you will probably end up paying a similar amount for the purchased garments as a EU-customer pays, but please check your local authorities for detailed info!
All children sizes (92 / 2 Years - 146 / 11 Years) are divided into 2 price categories. The lower ranging from size 92 to 110 (2 - 5 years) and the higher from size 116-146 (6 - 11 years). Please note that the higher price will not show untill your have selected a size above 110/5Y!
We are able to process the following payment methods / debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express and Paypal. Danish customers can also pay with Dankort, MobilePay and Viabill.
Due to the war in Ukraine, we no longer ship to Russia nor Belarus. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Ukraine either. Our thoughts and compassion goes to the Ukranian people and we support the activities of the Danish Red Cross within Ukraine with financial aid to the best of our ability and we also support local communities in Denmark in their efforts to welcome Ukranian refugees by providing them with clothes.
Goods are shipped within 0-3 days after receiving your order. We ship worldwide with Postnord (Scandinavian Postal Service), UPS, FedEx and/or DHL - you can choose from various service levels/transit days/prices - depending on your location.
We ship FREIGHT FREE within the EU (all countries) if your order value (excl. shipping cost) exceeds 100 EUR. You can choose to have your freight free order shipped as a "tracked letter" with Postnord (handed over to your local postal service for delivery) or to a drop-point with Fedex, UPS or DHL (depending on your location). If you wish for a faster or for you a more "comfortable" or quicker service level, these are offered at attractive prices and can be selected in the checkout. For orders below 100 EUR we offer a variety of shipping methods at very attractive prices.
If you are able to have us ship to a company address, this may be the "safest" way to receive your order. If we ship to your home address, please follow the shipment through the tracking e-mail we sent you when shipping your order. If it becomes obvious, that you will not be able to be at home when the parcel arrives, you should either contact the freight company and arrange for later delivery or write a power of attorney, authorizing the courier/your local postal service to leave the parcel outside – at a place described by you. You should only do this if you are willing to take responsibility for the parcel from then on!
If you for some reason regret your purchase after having received the goods, we offer a 14 days (after you have received the parcel) full right to return the bought items and receive a full refund excl. the initial freight cost though (if any), which will be deducted when we return your payment after processing your credit note. The amount will be credited your payment method within 0-3 days after we have received your return shipment.
Fill in the Return form which was included in the original parcel (together with a packing list) and enclose it in your return parcel. You can also download and print the form here. If we have shipped your order in a paper envelope (FSC certified of course), this can be re-used for the return shipment.
We will ask you to arrange and pay for the return freight. Please note, you are welcome to send as a Letter (if possible), but this is then done un-insured, and you are responsible for the shipment reaching us! A return will only be accepted as such if the articles have not been used, are placed inside the original packaging and labels still being on the garments!
Please make sure your return shipment is delivered to our office address. Parcels sent to a pick-up address will NOT be collected but returned to you!

IMPORTANT INFO WHEN RETURNING GARMENTS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU:
If you return purchased articles from outside the European Union, please make sure you send them back clearly marked as a "Return shipment" and DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) ! If you fail to do so, a customs clearing fee of EUR 22 will be deducted from your return payment when we process your return. We will also re-invoice the customs clearing fee of EUR 22 from Postnord (Danish mail) if you send your return shipment as a “letter” (without tracking nor insurance) !
If you have purchased an item in the wrong size our normal return policy applies. Please return the item (-s) in question together with a return form, which followed the original shipment. When we receive the return, we will send you a credit note per email and return the credit amount to your payment method. Please do a new purchase in our online store to get the right size.
If you receive an item which in any way has a defect, please take a photo of the damage and e-mail it to us at service@serendipity-organics.com and we will then come back to you with details on how you can get a replacement article or your money back. Provided of course that we agree that the defect in question is indeed a defect.
If an item is missing in your shipment, please contact us and we will investigate and get back to you within 0 -3 days.
We are required to tell you, that when you have entered your personal data into our system to do a purchase, we keep this information in our database. Mostly because we hope to see you again and you will then be able to do your purchase using a pre-filled in purchase form which of course is more convenient. If you do not want us to keep your data, please send us a mail at service@serendipity-organics.com and your data will be erased.
All traces of visits to our Online Store is saved in the webserver logfiles including the IP addresses of the visitors. We primarily use the logfiles to optimize the site and correct errors. Logfiles enable us to bettter understand how you as a website user prefer to navigate through our site.
The personal data you enter when ordering is treated as confidential information both by ourselves and by our hosting partner, and the data is not accessible to any third party. We do not pass on or sell the information to any third party either. However, data may be handed over to a Danish authority if required and if in accordance with Danish legislation.
Data we do NOT keep in our databases are your debit and/or credit card information. This data is erased immediately after the purchase amount has been debited your card. Our payment solution is operated by NETS (formerly PBS - the national Danish payment service provider) regarding Dankort payments and Worldline/Bambora/ePay for all other payment methods. All communication between our payment solution, NETS/Worldline and your card provider is done through a link which is SSL encrypted. The payment solution is installed on highly secured computers in a designated server room with fire protection (Inergen), alarm systems, emergency power supply and airconditioning. The system is electronically monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We hope you are happy with first of all the goods you have (hopefully) received, but also with the process you have been through making the purchase in our store and receiving the parcel. If not, we hope you will contact us and jointly hopefully resolve all issues there may haev been. Should this unexpectedly not resolve all issues, you can file a formal complaint with the Danish public authority "Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens" Center for complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. Online complaint entry can be made here: www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission online complaint portal can also be used to file complaints at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
